  1. Hi Josh

just got the news about the new site and feed!

Great stuff so far – good luck – Nice looking site too

All the best from The Common People

  2. Josh – the site looks awesome. Great job, and great content. Congrats! :)

  3. I like how the guy subtly shakes his head at you at the end. Nice job on the new project!

  4. Josh, great job on the vlog. I recently moved away from Grand Rapids, so it is a great way for me to get a little taste of home.

  5. [...] Anyway, I liked this recent post from the site about the fish ladder in downtown Grand Rapids.  I remember going down there to watch the fish when I was young, so it brings back some good memories.  Also, it never ceases to amaze me how these fishermen are always…ALWAYS, out there fishing.  Both in and out of the river.  Day and night.  Warm and cold.  Always.  I was in Grand Rapids with a Chicago friend a month or so ago and he commented on the guys fishing from the bridges on that cold and rainy day. [...]

  6. Anyone know when the fish will be climbing the ladder? Want to take the kids down there to see the fish jump

  7. I was at the fish ladder last Sunday. There are some fish making their way up river now. For the kids, bring old or stale bread that they can throw into the ladder. They’ll be amazed at all the carp that appear to eat the bread.
