  1. Oh Josh – I was getting worried about your verdict… Worried that you were simply going to base your decision on the comparison to a Chicago dog – which in my opinion is an unfair comparison when you’re talking about another city… AND I was worried that you were going to be too full to fully appreciate a Yensterdag (as we call them). Happy with your choice and soooo wanting to go there after just seeing the inside of Yesterdog. Good times there – Good times. Thanks for the stroll:) Be sure to talk to Kim and Jer about your Yensterdag experience.

  2. Whatz up!!! Have you ever tried Red Hot Inn Chilli Dogs or there Chilli Cheese Fries, THEY ROCK. You can get addicted!!!!!! They have been around for over 30 years, must tell you something about there DOG!!!

  3. Josh Josh Josh, I too am from Chi Town and nothing compares to our foods. I tried Chicago Deep Dish’s dog and I thought it was bad. But then again I’m 57 and used to the way it was. For a “real” Chicago dog where you close your eyes and your home go to Holland to Mr Kozak 2. 321 E. 8th. Found it by mistake. Vienna products, poppy seed buns, sport peppers….mmmm. And Please don’t say you like Uno’s in Grand Rapids, nothing like downtowns.

  4. I’ve been to Yesterdog and it sucked completely!
I got greeted with angry, impatient workers, it took forever for them to get my order, the chili was ice cold but the hotdog was warm (the chili tasted terrible), and you had to squeeze through the narrow room to sit on the rough, carved-up seats. It wasn’t worth it at all.
